Scamy provides an analysis based on AI and common scam patterns. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our analysis is 100% correct or complete. The tool is for informational purposes only and should be used as one of many resources for making a final judgment. We are not liable for any false positives (safe files flagged as scams) or false negatives (scams flagged as safe).

Scamy, its developers, and affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, data loss, or personal damages incurred from acting on information provided by our tool. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
